International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum (Musee
International de la Croix-Rouge et du Croissant-Rouge) is universally
acclaimed as on of the best in the city of Geneva, Switzerland and reminds
the importance of international humanitarian efforts. Its exhibits include a
historical account of the founding of the Red Cross movement, its
predecessors, mementos from its activities around the world, and most
interestingly records of prisoners of war from World War I. Mementos include
promotional posters and artifacts made by prisoners visited by the movement. |
