Monument to the memory of Viktor Robertovich Tsoy
who was famous half Russian half Korean musician, actor, melodist and
the member of group KINO. Viktor Tsoy was born in Kaliningrad on June 2,
1962 and tragically lost in a car accident on August 15, 1990 near Riga,
Latvia. Viktor was buried in The Theological Cemetery in Leningrad on August
19, 1990. |
